about my workshop philosophy:
Most of us have sat in a painfully awkward team-building experience, and I'm here to say - no more!
My aim is to host workshops that are a good time,
that even as we dive into deep topics, we leave
room to laugh along the way.
I believe the best group experiences are ones that help the group connect to our shared story of being human while letting every person go on their individual journey. My hope is that everyone walks away with practical ideas for implementation into their real life.
